Our founding Lütfü Demir went to Germany at 1963 and he was established first Turkish firm on Germany at 1968. He turned back to the Bursa / Turkey at 1977 and settled up Temizler Makine Ticaret Co. to prevent chip vehicles and equipments to Municipalities but because of bureaucratic difficulties in 1979 he began to improve and product partitions profiles. Between 1982-1990 managed various trade projects on Germany, Belgium, Holland and Iraq At 1990 began the big projects on Turkey with private request from Roche drug Fabrics. At 1992 registered trade mark as Çağdaş Bölme (Modern Partitions) At 1993 TSEK certificate for partitions and TSE certificate for shelves. Up to 1991 Building Istanbul Fair our joining in various Building Fairs and business trips on inside and outside of our country has continued. At the beginning of production units, 400 m2 closed area are transferred with our necessities 4000 m2 closed area. Our fabric has served to our customers with Aluminium – Metal Part, Wooden – Lacquered Part, Glass Part and Assembling Part. After Lütfü Demir died at 1997, his wife Sevgi Demir protected Çağdaş Bölme Temizler Machine & Trade Co. and keep on the production continuously. Partition systems, began to production with the our founding’s prediction to the future, are improved in the course of time and created different systems. (As you can see on the Products Part)
